I wish I'd seen this before last night, when I went with my local
Audubon Society to Rio Lindo Academy in Healdsburg, CA to see them come
to roost. Apparently there is another place a few miles away, but this
is where we perched to watch. This week is supposed to be the peak here;
they moved from the north. It took them about 45 minutes to all go into
the chimney. We guessed around 10,000. I would have grabbed my recorder...
