> i do not recommend such long runs, but when needed i have used two adapto= rs one > minijack to xlr male and another minisocket to xlr female (with 2 and th= ree > commoned). you can connect standard good quality xlr cable between the tw= o > adaptors to get long runs with shielding and some noise rejection from th= e > almost psuedo balanced connection. You could make XLR to-and-from 3.5mm stereo adaptors using pins 2 and 3 for= the left and right channels. -Dan |
