Has any had an opportunity to look at or use the new Roland R-05 (http://www.roland.com/products/en/R-05/index.html) yet? I've been considering the merits of the Edirol R09-HR, Olympus LS-11 and Sony PCM-M10 recorders 'til now. As a beginner however, this new recorder from Roland appears to offer a good specification at an affordable price. My interst is in recording bat sonograms using line-in from a bat detector. Recording occasional bird song would be a wish too. Any advice or opinions on the new machine would be much appreciated. Thanks |
