Think the En-route charts could be quite useful! I came across this website=
 which allows you to view real-time information on flights:

If you click on any of the planes shown on the map it will provide more det=
ailed information about the flight - To and from locations, Latitude, Longi=
tude, Altitude etc.. Not sure if it would be useful out in the field! Could=
 use the Sherlock Holmes approach by identifying flight paths over a specif=
ic location prior to going out with a mic?! Think it's only really a guide =
- Might be useful!?
