thanks for this. I am also interested in the exact "how", in other words th=
e mechanics of the "automatic" assignment. Did you simply sync the RTC of t=
he Fostex to that of the GPS device, and then match them up later when the =
WAV files were downloaded? As far as I can tell (I have a Fostex as well) t=
here isn't a way to sync the recorder with an external device logging, or i=
s there? Wouldn't you have to try and sync RTCs? (Not too hard with the FR2=
-LE's 00sec-set feature.) I would like to do much the same for audio+video+=
GPS.
