It depends on the mics that are going to be used and the primary applicatio=
n.
If the internal mics are going to be used, enough recordists have
confirmed Sony's noise specs to suggest to me that the Sony M10 is
"enough better" in terms of mic self-noise/pre noise so that the
Zooms wouldn't be a contender. D50 is slightly better/bigger. I use
an H2 with an MP2/line input and its okay for that.
If with external mics, we need to know which mics and what application. Rob=
