I'm slightly puzzled that you appear to be saying that different series have different sizes?! >> Some manufacturers have waterproof XLR models which include a rubber gasket around the male portion to keep moisture out of the contacts. These have a tight fit intentionally & you may possibly have one with a tighter than usual gasket. Scott Fraser |
