Steve,
Since getting the Rycote furries I now keep my LS-10 in a Lowepro SlipLock
Pouch 20. This is a bit bulkier than the original bag but provides far more
protection for the recorder, is easily mounted on a belt (or onto any of th=
e
Lowepro bags/waistbelts that support their SlipLock system) and is
reasonably weatherproof. There's no zipper to catch the fur on the
windshields, as the pouch is closed with a drawstring and velcro flap.
Lowepro seem to have discontinued this item recently, but a search for
"Sliplock 20" on eBay turns up a couple of people selling them for around
the $18 mark.
Hope this helps!
