Several web sites now have a place holder for the PCM-M10, which is due to =
be released in October.  The advertised price is a refreshing $300, rather =
than Sony's suggestion of $400.  That price is close to competing products =
from M-Audio, Olympus and Marantz.

There will be a choice of colors.  The recorder top plate will be available=
 finished in charcoal gray, or in a more stylish maroon.
