Audacity 1.3.8 (current beta) runs fine (well, for a few minutes of
testing, anyway) on my Mac OS 10.5.8. The spectrogram view works, no
problem with an hour-long file. Labels can be exported, but the
exported label position data seems to be fixed in the format of
seconds only, so a label position is exported as something like
"2942.378415." In the editing windows you have a choice of time
display formats. I suppose one could fix the exported label data
format in a spreadsheet.

Strange that in the label editing window the position values are all
zeroes except when you double click on one for editing.

This is looking good!
