I'm wondering if there is any limit to how long an earphone extension cable= can be. I want to be about 30m away from my recorder as I monitor the reco= rding. Is it as simple as buying/making a 30m earphone extension cable? Or = is that too long? I'm using a Fostex FR-2le. My earphones don't take much p= ower - they say "Impedance: 27 Ohms nominal". Also can I just use cheap lig= ht-weight cable? I think the headphone amp in the FR-2le is not so good any= way so I doubt I need anything "audiophile" but I would not want to make th= e sound much worse. Thanks Justin |
