Over the past three or so years, several papers have been published on  
a wide range of extraneous noises generated by wind turbines, Doug.  
Some, very low frequency "thumps" that have caused grand mal seizures  
and other serious maladies downwind and caused property values in some  
places to drop to near nothing. In other cases, because of unique  
couplings to the terrain and other acoustic factors have generated  
very strange low mid-range signals that are, as of yet, unexplained.  
Altho, what you posted doesn't fit into any of those descriptions.
