Fostex has released details of a new field mixer called the FM-3. The device has three inputs (XLR, with phantom power) and two outputs. The mixer will run about 6 hours on 8 AA cells. http://www.trewaudio.com/products/fostex/fm3/ Swedish firm Marenius has released the MM4220 mixer. It supports four audio inputs, and two outputs.
