Dave, Don't know what the change is but I've just upgraded to A2.33 , haven't used my pmd620 for about a month so hope I remember the differences.. BTW: what mod did you go for? I got the supermod and have to say it's damn fine work Doug Oade did on the upgrade, Well worth the extra few bucks.
