Marc - which Gelelecs are you using? I'm thinking of getting a pair (8030) for the new studio that I am building. I've always been able to tell that I was listening to speakers in a studio. If the real person I was recording was in the room I have no proble= m telling their real voice from their recorded on. That was until I purchased my pair of Genelecs (and I have cheaper ones). The recording was of a perso= n I know well. I could not tell they weren't in the room with me. Better speakers are, well, better. |
