Most often, manufacturers provide two mics with sequential serial
numbers rather than measuring them and matching them on the basis of
tested performance. Rode offers the NT1-A's in such pairs. I'm still
working on it, but I'll still buy them if I can't. I am able to use
gain and EQ in post to effectively compensate. Rob D.
