Hi Eric--
I think 87 dB at unity gain is enough dynamic range for typical
natural subjects. Does everything seem pretty normal as per -10B line
input noise performance?  I usually don't get added noise from the
-10dB line inputs even with very modest recorders.  Thanks for the
