I hope the parties involved can find peace, both in the wild and online. I for one really appreciate being priviledged to witness the dialog between masters - it is sort of like being in on a conversation between two painters, one who chooses to depict realistic and one who does impressionistic images - they may disagree, but hopefully they will respect each other and learn from the dialog. I support us all, and still feel embarassed to have confused Gilbert and Hempton, but all of it is respectfully honored! The quote below is from another master, Randy Thom who does film sound and the statement seems to apply here! Gratefully, Lou All of it is art. - Randy Thom, Sound Designer On Sep 12, 2008, at 12:57 PM, Bernie Krause wrote: > Nothing needs be done, Robin. |
