It may have been mentioned here before, but I just became aware of Rode's NTG-3 short shotgun. As far as I'm aware, it's the first RF- bias (humidity resistant) true condensor that isn't Sennheiser. Self- noise 13 dBA. <http://www.trewaudio.com/products/rode/ntg3/> -Dan Dugan |
