also check out: www.aevox.be I bought a pair of the CLASSIC M MkII stereo mics http://www.aevox.be/#M2 which I should get in the mail next week while they are cheaper than DPA 4060's they are a bit more than a pair of 3032's but after buying a pistol grip, a stereo bar, windscreen etc etc for a pair of 3032's I think the MkII is pr0lly cheaper in the long run also, the CLASSIC M MkII's sound very nice - check out the sound files on the aevox web site caveat: the manufacturer won't publish specs on any of his mics -- he feels the important thing is how his mic's sound and not their technical specs he has his capsules custom made to his specifications so he are not using off-the-shelf capsules plus these mics are PIP - which suits me since I'm not running anything with P48 power |
