Clarification, I see language problems here...
Altogether 4 resistors - all 4 connected together at one end, which
is connected to + of the batteries.
Two of the resistors go to pin 2 and 3 of one XLR and the other two
to pin 2 and 3 of the other XLR. Pin 1 of both XLR's are connected to
ground and minus of the batteries.
Piuh, hope this is correct English now...

This is it!
One resistor goes from + of the batteries to pin 3 of the XLR and the
other from + of the battery to pin 2.
Then the same arrangement to the other channel.
