One of the folks on a video forum to which I subscribe had an interesting t= ake on this device. Many wedding photographers use a small recorder and a m= ini lavaliere to capture the wedding vows. Video is shot from a distance an= d the sound is synced later. In an hour ceremony it's typical for the two d= evices to loose sync over time and audio might be a second ahead or behind = at the end. The Olympus was 14 seconds off in an hour. Really horrible perf= ormance for its internal clock. |
