Hi Jonathan,

             I enjoyed your recording. I recall hearing this tail 
slapping while camping in a lean-to next to a small pond in the 
Adirondacks, and then saw the beaver later. It really does make quite 
a splash !  I also heard the distant chatter of Wood Frogs in your 
recording.
