Hi Rally, One more thing, are they well made and sturdy, I will be using then 
in the jungle.

 than comparable to the Rycote I have and are very similar to the
 Sennheiser design.
 The "hairy cover"/"dead cat" whatever you would like to call it is not
 quite as long and hairy, but they give them away ! so cost-benefit is
 excellent !
 I suspect they will work extremely well, but have yet to test them.
