Oryoki-
I see in the manual 
http://www.olympusamerica.com/files/LS-10_Instructions_EN.pdf
that the maximum capacity for a single file is 2GB for PCM/.wav and 
that it will accept 8GB SD cards.

Have you or anyone checked to see if the LS-10 automatically start a 
new file or stops recording once the file size limit is reached?

Also, I notice it has a 200mw headphone amp. Would you regard it as 
having good headphone volume output? Rob D.
