Hi Greg. In the sound effects world, a lot of us are using a program called Sound Miner. It could really be overkill for what you want, but basically a sound database program that can do lots of things. They have an LE version I believe. It's not cheap, still hundreds of dollars, but might be of interest: www.soundminer.com Also check out: http://www.monkey-tools.com/librarymonkey/ It's a much simpler program, I haven't used it myself, but would be worth a shot.
