I recorded the ice with Schoeps in MS arrangement, with a  
supercardiod as the mid.  The original recording was 24/48 and it  
went to my 744.

The recording in Joshua Tree was done with the same mic  
configuration, but I used a Sound Devices MP-2 as a front end to a  
Tascam DA-P1.
