Very true.
Personally I use a setting of 192k because it seems to be a good
compromise on quality vs file size ,
mainly because I'm still on dial-up and it takes forever to upload to
my site otherwise!
Quality also comes down to the actual decoder used. Some are better
then others, but thats a debate for another day...
