Mike gives good advice about alkalines. No recharagble batteries have great= er stored capacity or retain their charge better. Knowing that it is always better to have way too much power, how many hours= of operation do you expect in the two months? Do you have weight limitatio= ns (does everything have to be hiked in, for example)? You might also consi= der a solar recharging station. My experience with them has been mixed but = they do provide a second option, solar + alkaline backup would probably be = my choice. Marc |
