This is quite true, it's a bit of a hassle, though I have returned
many things to them, but it takes some doing, you have to know how to
talk to the guy who hands out RMA #'s.
Maybe Fullcompass, Sweetwater? I'm sure there are some smaller, more
human vendors too that sell it, I just usually use B&H myself.
