The site is being accessed as the pages do load and display. The pages
appear to be written in javascript, (in fact the header in the file says
they are,) which all current browsers should read. If they did not you
would get nothing displayed in this case as there is virtually no
standard html. Just make sure the java on your machine is current.
The problem is specifically with how IE handles the linked files. In
particular as others have pointed out spaces in names are always risky.
The original folks setting up computers made the space character a
control character rather than part of the english of the message.
(actually it's a mixed use code) Macs understand that most folks use
spaces as part of the english language, but windows often has problems
making this distinction. IE is one known to balk at spaces.
To keep the windows luddites happy don't use spaces in file or folder
names. Typically you use the underline character to denote spaces to
keep them happy. And pray that someday all programmers learn all the
characters necessary to write in english. (or most other languages)
The original problem was created when data and text was fed computers on
punched cards. You delineated things not with spaces, but with the raw
count of their location on the card. (And I could probably still run a
card punch machine but am glad I don't have to.)
