I only have one recording of pacific chorus frogs. Now a bit more than 5 years old. It involved me not having a car when in CA and going to hear the frogs with a "couple". Greg Clark of this group helped me edit this file and to this day I still do not know how to eq a guitar. I remember insisting that we kept the girl in the track because this guy at the time was all about the girl. I do not know if they ended up married but will need to check because they should have. Recorded live in 100% black of night at 32F with a mono me-67. I had to step back over 30' from the guitar to eq the frogs to the voice. Notice how the frogs do what they do and shut up on cue. If anyone knows how I should approach eq of the guitar I will try again. |
