Use the lower version if you're not passing plug-in-power

The capacitors help in the field where you can't usually avoid slight
movement of the connectors - if you just use a low-value resistive
attenuator with a MD deck you get a needlessly scratchy connection
because of the DC plug-in-power passing through the connectors. I made
a bad call using a jack socket and jack-to-jack lead for the output -
wire the output directly to a right-angled 3.5mm jack to go into the MD.

I did drop the capacitor values to 0.1uF towards the end, which helped
cut back wind blast, traffic and handling noise a bit (I was recording
birds, so I didn't need the bottom end).
