I can't help you for the Pacific NW, Georgia I could... As in there are
frogs calling now and various species will be until August or so.
Different species at different times. Right now it's primarily Wood
Frogs, Spring Peepers, Upland Chorus Frogs, sometimes Southern Leopard
Frogs. At least in my part of the state. More in other parts of the state.
The timing is very climate dependent, so lots of variation. Most frogs
will call during their season based on current weather. Some only call
after rain.
I've not investigated this site but it might be a starting place for
finding the data for Washington or at least contacts that might know:
