I'm not sure sequential serial number will guarantee a matched set. In the case of NT1A's Rode does package matched sets, that's the way I got my pair as a official matched set. Note that matched pairs primarily match frequency response curves and maybe polar patterns. I don't think that they match self noise levels if it varies. Walt |
