I guess I wasn't thinking laterally enough. I've used that technique with OKMII binaurals in a dish using a perspex divider and it worked okay, subject to the noise limits of the OKMs. So provided you can physically mount the AT omnis so the capsules are close together and at the dish focus and find a way to mount them with a baffle in between it should work. I just hadn't seen anyone do it that way. |
