I am thinking of putting together the following. 2 x Audiotechnica 3032 omni's and an Art Phantom II power unit. I would then use these to feed my Sony MZ NH900 to record on. Mainly as a stereo pair but also I thought I might try using the mics in a parabola. I have seen somewhere a design using a Telinga reflector and 2 Sennheiser mics, all be it costing more than the 3032's do, but I thought the 3032's might be a cheaper alternative. Anyone see any potential problems? Phil |
