Then I line up the tracks based on knowing where the clicker was re the four mics, i.e. slipping the tracks in Pro Tools to create the appropriate time delays (approximating 1 ms per foot). When I do long takes I click again at the end so I can compensate for the time drift of one machine against the other by varispeeding one pair of tracks. -Dan Dugan |
