May 21, 2006 Greetings Recordists, I need help in identifying a sound specimen and what might be going on. Recorded 1990s, underneath my house, out of sight, downtown Santa Fe, New Mexico, USA. I am assuming it is a rodent but don't know what kind. Possibly : a house mouse, deer mouse, chipmunk, rat.....or something else? I also don't know what it was expressing. Possible distress? Many something else? http://www.heliotown.com/Specimen_needs_identification.html Many thanks! Thomas Ashcraft ashcraft(at)heliotown.com |
