I am using a Sony HiMD (MZ910) in PCM mode for recording birds. It works well but the stereo jack-plug connection on the remote is loose and so my headhones play only one channel. Experience in the past tells me this is a systemic weakness with these machines. The remote is useful as it gives instant access to the pause/play button, but the lack of two-channel monitoring is a pain. Does anyone have advice ? Chris |
