It is a gsm interference. I like it a lot. I always keep my phone 
close to the computer speakers, when I hear that sound (this happens 
even if they are in stand-by) I can catch the phone before it rings 
and the callers are always surprised! Here in Europe we are all 
cell-phone dependent!
