Low PIP voltage and Em23's

Thanks for effort and the reminder Klas. I keep forgetting that
EM-23's should be on everyone's list of small omni's with ~8dBA less
self noise than the Shure 183's. Does Doug have prices/wiring options
(PIP/phantom)?   Rob D.
