Hi all, My name is Steve Jones, long time lurker! Iv been doing a quite a bit of field recording lately, and Im thinking of upgrading my system. Right now, Im using the following: - Rode NTG1 (mono) - Rode NT1a (binaural stereo) - SM57 (mono moderate / high spl sources) - Apogee Mini MP (mid pre) - Nomad Jukebox 3 (16/44.1 wav recorder) The first thing Id like to upgrade is my recording system with a quality standalone A/D. Problem is Im having real problems locating something suitable. Obviously pre amplification is not necessary, just good clean conversion upto 24/96. What do you reckon lads? Any suggestions would be most appreciated.
