I've made a point of collecting recordings from various places while
slowly, quietly spinning in place. :)

With binaural microphones the results are quite odd, definitely
something that foregrounds the effect -- but with some subjects I've
found this to be quite a nice effect. Hmmm, I don't see any of the raw
recordings up on my site at the moment though. Drat.

For one thing, when I compose in the studio with those recordings
they're unique; there's no way to really reproduce that effect in
post... :)

Eventually I want to combine all the recordings to have a long piece
that's (cough) around the whirled in 80 minutes.
