Thread Adaptor

Anyone know where I might find an adaptor to go from a 1/4 - 20  
camera mount, to a 3/8 - 16, which my Rycote Zeppling requires. I've  
been searching the internet, but can't find such a thing.

Basically, want to mount my zepplin to a Gitzo Monotrek (which has a  
1/4 camera mount)

Any thoughts?
