The Sound Devices web site has a page listing their authorized retailers. Since the 722 is in demand, contact as many dealers as possible to discover who has one in stock. When I was looking, I sent email to 15 dealers, and got replies from 12. The typical price is $2375, about 10% below MSRP. One dealer had a 722 ready to go, so I bought it. Here's the link. I don't think you have to worry about purchasing from any of the retailers listed on this page. http://www.sounddevices.com/resellers/index.html --oryoki ________________________________________________________________________ ________________________________________________________________________ |
