I got on touch with them a few days ago. But this is what they answered:

"We do not offer any details as it is proprietary info. also, we do not
ship outside the USA nor do we recommend the 670 unless you are a court
reporter ( spec'd in many gov systems) as the 660 and 671 are newer
designs..."

There is no easier way to come around this problem than to get a new
recorder or new mikes, like R=F6de NT1A or a parabol.
