An example: One of the widely used mic's among naturesound recordists is the Sennheiser= ME62. I usually recommend it too. But is the output enough?? I don't know that for sure. Connected to a common consumer MD, does it provide enough V/Pa to override= the noise of the MD mic amp?? If Rob can find out that, he has made a big favor to the whole world of naturesound recordists.
