I don't think it's a squirrel. Thrushes like the Redwing singing=20
earlier in the recording or the Fieldfare calling at the start make=20
that kind of squawks when held in the hand (eg for ringing/banding),=20
and they are also likely to thrash their wings like that. I think one=20
(possibly a young Fieldfare?) has been grabbed by something. The=20
mystery to me is what caught it.
