Hi all,

Martyn wants me off this listserve for personal reasons, which I
utterly fail to comprehend.  Off-line he has accused me of all kinds
of superfluous things as if he knows me, and as if I am some kind of a
demon. 

It's his list, he can have is way.

For those of you I have corresponded with -- Jim, Greg, Doug, Mark,
and Aaron, thanks for your inspiration.

I wish you all the very best as you try to save the world, one
recording at a time.
